College preparation extends beyond GPA and applications to identifying the programs and opportunities that align with a student's strengths and long-term goals.

Yes. Many students arrive feeling discouraged, anxious, or disconnected from school. I meet students exactly where they are, without judgment, and begin rebuilding structure, clarity, and confidence. When a student feels understood and capable again, engagement follows.

Every student's trajectory is different. The first session is devoted to understanding the student and establishing trust. For most students, meaningful shifts in organization, confidence, and emotional regulation emerge within the first few weeks, with academic growth building steadily from there.

Homeschooling support is designed for families seeking a more individualized, flexible, or values-aligned approach to education, including students who thrive with a personalized pace, neurodivergent learners who benefit from a customized environment, and families wanting expert guidance while leading at-home learning.

How is your work different from therapy?

I am not a licensed therapist; my work is academic mentorship. Emotional regulation, growth mindset development, and mindfulness practices are integrated into sessions within the context of concrete academic strategy and skill-building. The focus remains educational, but the support is whole-child.

Do you take Regional Center funds?

Yes. I accept Regional Center funding through the Self-Determination Program (SDP). You can use your allocated SDP budget to pay for my services, and I work directly with ACE FMS as the Financial Management Services provider to process payments, making billing seamless.
